Sunshine Benzi Returns With New Single “BARRACUDA”
Pontiac, Illinois rapper SUNSHINE BENZI has released her new single, “BARRACUDA,” via Island Records. The track is accompanied by an official music video directed by Dak.
The new release follows a busy 2026 for SUNSHINE, including her festival debut at Lollapalooza 2026 and a performance at All Points East. She has also released “SCOTTIE PIPPEN” and the double single “WAKO / EASTSIDE” this year.
SUNSHINE BENZI began her career as a poet before turning to music, drawing inspiration from female rap pioneers and early-2000s New York mixtape culture.
