Drum and bass pioneer Goldie has unveiled the official video for Break’s remix of his latest single, “Jungle Daze,” out now via London Records.
Filmed at this year’s 60th anniversary of Notting Hill Carnival, the video captures the celebration’s energy, movement and sound system culture through a vintage camcorder lens. It follows the original “Jungle Daze” video, which explored the formative years of jungle and drum and bass.
“I really had FOMO missing this year’s Carnival, especially as it was the 60th anniversary,” Goldie said. “For me, it’s multiculturalism in this country personified — it’s such a special celebration of British Black culture, community and creativity.”
Break’s remix opens with Natalie Williams’ soulful vocals before shifting into a heavier mix of bass and intricate drums.
The release arrives ahead of Goldie’s Dare To Dream performances at London’s Royal Festival Hall on November 14 as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival. Goldie will be joined by the Elysian Collective, choir and special guests for the performances, which will blend orchestral music with beats, breaks and his signature bass sound.
The Break remix of “Jungle Daze” is out now via London Records.

About Goldie
Goldie, born Clifford Joseph Price, is a British DJ, producer, visual artist, and actor whose influence reaches far beyond the music he made. Emerging from the rave scene of the early 1990s, his 1995 debut album Timeless introduced a new emotional vocabulary to electronic music, fusing the energy of drum and bass with the compositional ambition of jazz and classical forms.
The record remains one of the defining documents of British music. Since Timeless, Goldie has remained a restless and prolific presence, releasing albums, scoring films, exhibiting internationally as a visual artist, and appearing on stage and screen. His orchestral work, including the critically acclaimed Sine Tempore, has cemented his reputation as a composer of genuine substance. He is a recipient of an MBE and continues to be one of the most compelling live performers in the UK.
