The Two Lips Return with Dreamy New Single “brb” Ahead of Coachella Debut – continues ‘kiss & tell’ tour

(March 20, 2026) – Los Angeles-based indie pop duo The Two Lips return with their dreamy new single “brb,” an atmospheric ballad that captures the emotional distance of being apart from someone you love. Lush and wistful, the track blends soft-focus production with heartfelt lyricism, offering a poignant reflection on connection across miles.
Speaking on the release, the duo share: “‘brb’ is our take on yacht rock, but dream popified!! This past year we did a lot of traveling, more than we ever have in our lives so we wrote this song from the point of view of the loved ones we leave behind and the conversations we have when we are away.“
“brb” follows the release of their debut EP girl, c’mon! via Island Records. The seven-track project introduced The Two Lips’ “tender punk” aesthetic, exploring the nuances of love and friendship with both vulnerability and edge. The new single also arrives on the heels of their viral breakout “still love you (todavía),” which has amassed over 40 million streams and climbed into the Top 10 of Spotify’s Viral Chart.
The Two Lips are currently on the road for their Kiss & Tell Tour, with upcoming stops in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, and Los Angeles, where they’ll perform a special Coachella sideshow. The duo is also set to make their Coachella debut next month, alongside appearances at Treefort Music Festival in Boise and Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta.
