Iconic Soul Coughing Frontman Mike Doughty Unveils Exciting New Spring Solo Tour Dates – Tickets on Sale January 16th

Mike Doughty—best known as the frontman of Soul Coughing and Ghost of Vroom—will return to the road this spring for a nationwide solo tour. Joined by Andrew “Scrap” Livingston (Ghost of Vroom), each intimate performance will draw from Doughty’s expansive body of work, featuring material from his solo catalog, Ghost of Vroom, and the recently reunited Soul Coughing.

Presale tickets will be available Wednesday, January 14 at 10:00 a.m. local time using the code DOUGHTY2026. General on-sale begins Friday, January 16.

The solo tour follows Soul Coughing’s highly successful reunion tours, which marked the first time the band’s original lineup—Mark degli Antoni (keyboards/sampler), Mike Doughty (vocals/guitar), Yuval Gabay (drums), and Sebastian Steinberg (bass)—performed together in decades. The shows celebrated the group’s influential catalog, spanning their genre-defining debut Ruby Vroom (1994), Irresistible Bliss (1996), and their final studio album El Oso (1998).

The reunion was further commemorated with a national television performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and the release of LIVE 2024, Soul Coughing’s first-ever official live album. The album is available now on all DSPs and streaming platforms, with a Double LP vinyl edition exclusively available via soulcoughingstore.com.
