(April 7, 2026) — Los Angeles singer-songwriter Harmony Tividad has announced her forthcoming album Lifetime, arriving June 26 via KRO Records. Blending mercurial storytelling with vivid reflections on identity and growth, Lifetime captures the endless cycle of becoming in the modern world. Across its twelve tracks, Harmony examines life’s constants while embracing its inevitable transitions, framing the album as a meditation on freedom and the pursuit of living life on one’s own terms—even as those terms evolve day by day.

Alongside the album announcement, Harmony shares her new single, “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You,” produced by Yves Rothman and recorded at the legendary Sunset Sound in Los Angeles. Driven by earnest storytelling and an anthemic arrangement, the track highlights the passionate songwriting that has become a hallmark of Harmony’s work. The single arrives with a visually striking music video directed by Hannah De Vries, featuring surreal imagery including a beached Jesus, scenes at Salvation Mountain, and clouds of vivid colored smoke.

Speaking about the new song, Harmony explains, “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You is about finding the continued strength to surrender responsibility over a person you no longer have the strength to take care of—the pain of how strong the urge remains even when you are worlds apart.”

The announcement of Lifetime and “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You” follows previously released singles “Apple Pie,” “Where Strangers Go,” and “Anything,” all of which will appear on the upcoming album. Last year, Harmony also spoke with i-D about her connection to Los Angeles, the inspiration behind the “Anything” video, and her evolving creative vision.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Harmony Tividad first gained recognition as one half of the influential indie duo Girlpool. Known for her sharp wit and emotionally incisive lyrics, she has since established herself as one of the most distinctive voices in the indie scene. Executive produced by Yves Rothman, Lifetime unfolds as a modern Hollywood heartbreak story, written across a period of personal transition—from before Girlpool’s hiatus through the album’s completion. The result is a body of work steeped in emotional urgency, spiritual movement, and existential reflection.

Fans can pre-order or pre-save Lifetime now and stream “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You” today. Full album details are available below, with more from Harmony expected soon.
